  Jessica Sharma Graham is proud to be an attorney. In the role of consumer advocate for her clients, she is given the opportunity to help Texans protect their homes, vehicles, and their family’s financial future. Jessica takes great satisfaction in being able to guide her clients through their darkest hours, and feels blessed that when she finishes representing her clients in bankruptcy, they often tell her that they are much better off having worked with her, and that their financial future looks brighter. Jessica is also proud to be a trial lawyer, and has been advocating on behalf of her clients in the courtroom since she conducted her first courtroom trial only a month after obtaining her law license. She has extensive experience on both sides of a lawsuit, having represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants, and uses her unique perspective to maximize recovery for her clients while managing their cases with diligence and enthusiasm. Jessica has completed hundreds of trials, countless hearings, and is well-versed in all aspects of litigation. Jessica’s civil and commercial litigation practice includes cases involving catastrophic personal injuries, employment discrimination, products liability, toxic torts, breach of contract, first-party bad faith, and deceptive trade practices. Although committed to her clients, work does not occupy all of Jessica’s time. Most importantly, Jessica has been married for sixteen years to her high school sweetheart and business partner. Together they live in Celina with their two daughters and two dogs.

  Nathan Graham is a managing attorney at Graham Legal, PLLC. He represents individuals and small businesses in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. Nathan is passionate about helping his clients save their homes, protect their vehicles from repossession, and obtain a fresh financial start. In his role as a bankruptcy attorney, he has helped thousands of clients improve their financial situation, and discharge millions of dollars in debt.
